My husband purchased a used bike from this dealership in 2008, and the salesman told him it came with an extended warrenty until 2011, which was purchased by the previous owner. That warrenty was honored up until this week (May 2010). We brought the bike in and extensive work needs to be done, they now tell us that the warrenty is unvalid and will not honor what was told to my husband by the salesman and also by the financial manager. I will never use this dealership again. Good Customer Service does not exist in this dealership.
