It's very difficult for me to write a bad review but DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. In a nutshell, I will be filing in small claims court as of tomorrow. The owner charged me $827 to spray all around the outside the the house for potential termites. Within days,
termites started to show up en masse. So I called him and got a response TWO DAYS LATER. He came back. Sprayed again. The termites just kept coming. I called him again and said "Look, I have to call someone else in because I don't what happened here, but I
can't live with termites all over the place for a week. It's horrible." He agreed to send a refund check since his work wasn't doing the job and I had to call someone else in (who, btw, got the job done! Power Termite. Can't say enough good things). Weeks
passed, no check, so I texted over and over asking where the check was. FINALLY, he left a voicemail saying it was on it's way. Several weeks more have passed and, well, I guess you know where this story goes. He now doesn't respond at all. He does bad work
and is dishonest. That's about all I can say.
