This must be a relatively new startup - probably from a "closed" company of the same type. Jack Malone of RCI Inovation, Inc. has been after me to sell our timeshare as he has a legitimate buyer in the wings. Hints that these are corporate buyers who buy these so they can send their most deserving employees (top salesman, etc.) and his/her spouse for a weeks holiday.
First, though, I must give them a refundable $1,998.00 deposit in good faith with Chicago Title Co. so they will do all the necessary title searches, etc. This deposit guarantees they will be paid for their efforts if I change my mind re: selling! Oh, and since we have been scammed in the past - they will get us a refund to go with the refund of the $1,998. plus the $16,900 for the timeshare. Sounds good to me.
Is this a go??
I'm hovering around a one star rating - maybe, it should be less!!!
