DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a hand held shower by Moen on March 24 in the amount of $35.70 - awesome deal, so I thought. I am anxious to get this for a bathroom remodel, so I check the status daily which says "in process". But, when I click on the item, the price is now $275.48 - What? Man, I did get a deal . . . again, so I thought. I check the status this morning, hoping that it was shipped, and it says "cancelled" WHAT?? Cancelled? But I want this and am looking forward to it, so I chat online with a rep to see why it was cancelled (after I was unable to get through via telephone). I asked why my order was cancelled and was told because they had the wrong price online - which by the way, my credit card was already charged for my invoice total of $35.70 on the same day the order was placed. Basically, she says "too bad, so sad" and that they do not have to honor the price that I was charged for. She stated that I would be credited back what I paid. SO, not only am I out on the item, I am out the money while they wait to credit it back PLUS interest that I have lost. Very poor customer service. I will never (did I say never?) buy from these crooks again. Look elsewhere (Amazon, Overstock, etc.) but DO NOT buy from plumberssurplus.com!!
