Terrible Tech Support

Purchased a custom PC for just over $4000.00 (plus tax), waited eagerly for it to arrive in May; only to have it unable to connect to the Internet. Called Tech Support and they had me update the drivers, did not work, then told me to ship the PC back to them. Annoying but okay so far.
The PC arrives at their location June 1st. I hear nothing. I called multiple times with long wait times. I am told multiple times should be shipping that day or the next. Still waiting for it to ship. I ask multiple times to speak to someone in authority and I never do; Once told it would take several days (DAYS !%@#$) to get a callback from someone in authority. Just waiting for Monday June 14 to call them to give them one last chance to fix this.
