This company sucks. They are deceptive scam artists for ink and toner suppliers. No company should ever use them. They promise free samples and sometimes gifts for just trying the products. They somehow forget to mention you'll be invoiced for it eventually. Refuse to issues credits, refuse to return, and will turn you over to collection agencies immediately. If they call you, slam the phone down as loudly as you can. Only chose one star because the system makes you choose something. Again, they suck...there should be a negative star rating.
