My experience of the K2 network is through its flagship game KnightOnline a game which at the moment is unplayable. All areas of the game are overun by third party tool users making pking, farming and exping impossible for those who pay to play the game legitimately. This is due to an ongoing lack of policing by K2 network of the game, their forgivness of third party tool user program late last year, and non implementation of any other effective in game security measures. Many areas of the game, as well as items and events are bugged, making game play impossible and resulting in disconnections. This is due to the fact that patches are released and implemented without being properly tested. Account security is also currently a problem, with a long list of people whose accounts have recently been stolen. Many of these people have to wait weeks before their support tickets are responded to with anything other than automated replies. Customer support is so poor it can be said that it is virtually non existent even for paying customers. K2 are selling a product that is way below par. They are certainly not delivering the game features they advertise on their official website. I would advise any prospective customer to visit official game forums and read the comments of other players before they decide to purchase this service from K2. Buyer beware.
