I was extremely disappointed with the quality of product, and customer service of this company. The bounce house that we rented was filthy and flimsy. When it blew a hole in the side of it, we were told a replacement was being sent immediately. An hour and a half later, someone showed up to sew the hole. The customer service department kept putting me on hold, and giving me to different people so I had to re-explain myself over and over. Finally I talked to a woman that was so rude, she felt the need to be loud and talk over me whenever I tried to explain what was going on.
I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I would actually suggest that someone check the cleanliness of all the bounce houses... definite disease issues.
