Hands down, the worst car company to do business with. Please do yourself a favor and RUN fast from this crime syndicate.
Would have sold me something I already own and made me pay it twice. I have a S550 that comes with a telephone kit. They were going to charge me for it twice before I figured it out.
They sold me a car with screechy breaks and refused to fix it. 100k car. Really!
Go in for service and waste your time for days, then did not replace windshield fluid, did not complete the service b, did not replace air filters, on and on. What they say when you complain is come back in. Really, to waste even more time. How about just DON’T EVER GO THERE!
