I purchased an iPod on ebay - if you're not familiar with the product, they are notorious for hard drive failure. And, predictably, mine failed, after only three months of usage. However, I had purchased a EZnet Transactions warranty, and after contacting them, they returned my iPod and refunded the purchase price - no questions asked! Great job, EZnet Transactions!
