I was very disappointed with this company. The termite inspection missed more than 2/3rds of the easily accessible termite infestations. Luckily I had someone else paint the wood that Bug Central treated. He easily found a large amount of untreated infestations. The Pest Department was worse. After not showing up to do a scheduled inspection the manager did not even apologize. He sent someone a few days later who again did a very poor inspection. If you want to get rid of terminates and pests,find a company that is more competent and much more respectful of their clients. I would them an "F".
