Segway Batteries :(

Paid $999 to have my lithium batteries "refilled" with all new cells. Upon receiving them back the batteries had come open inside the box they shipped them to me in. The cells inside were out of old Segway batteries and had some of the metal tabs removed and replaced with some smaller ones. I contacted them and requested a refund. They now do not answer my emails or phone calls. What a rip off. I did some research and found out they are a Chinese owned company. I will never solicit them again and have received a refund through my credit card company. POOR SERVICE, FRAUDULANT REPAIR, POOR SERVICE, AND FINALLY BUT NOT LEAST POOR SERVICE.
