The first HID kit I bought from these people took awhile to arrive (and the high beams have failed to work after a few weeks). They had a sale so I decided to get matching fog light HID's. Their website said shipping within 48 hours.
After waiting 3 weeks with no correspondence from them I checked my status on their website and it said "processing order". I contacted customer service and they said it should have shipped a long time ago(?) The next day I get an email said they were out of stock and would ship tomorrow along with an email conformation within 48 hours.
Two days later... Nothing! So I filed a complaint with Paypal and BBB. Once the complaints were logged I get an email that the order was shipped. Three days later the ordered arrived.
To be honest, their service is horrible and the kit isn't anything special. You can buy kits of similar quality off eBay with far better shipping times and communication skills. If your looking for great customer service STAY AWAY from these people. If your looking for a expensive HID with no customer service then you found the right company.
