You have got to be kidding me with these fake good reviews. They made my move a horrible experience. I have given them several opportunities to amend the damages but nothing. They know there services are bad that's why they want cash only before they unload your belongings. They must assume people will just get sick of complaining and live with it. The people on the phone are great but the level of confidence is straight downhill after they take your stuff. I have tons of damaged property and they say they are not responsible. I am not talking about a few nicks here and there. I am talking about major damage where I don't even want the furniture anymore it looks so bad. Keep looking elsewhere before you settle with Valet movers
