I would not recomend this moving comapny. I originally booked with this company because the salesman was so kind, too kind. They seemed to care, but the caring stopped once I agreed to book them for the move. One hour before the scheduled pick up time, they call and ask to reschedule for another day! I of course refused! When they did show up they were 30 minutes late. They showed up with absolutely no tools, and attempted to take my bed frame apart with their car keys! And once they realized that was not going to work, they put the bed frame on the truck in its complete form. While packaging my things they used AS MUCH tape AS POSSIBLE, and than charged me for it at the end. When I arrived to my new destination, I called and scheduled for a drop off date for my belongings, that date was scheduled and confirmed. When the date rolled along, I could not contact the company for two whole days. I spent all weekend waiting around for my belongings to be delivered and they never showed up, and never called. Once I was able to contact them, a new delivery date was scheduled and cancelled 5 different times! Once they were finally coming to deliver my items, they told me they would come early in the morning, and did not show up until 9 PM! And if that wasn't bad enough, they tried to give me other peoples belongings, along with my own, good thing I was paying attention, because they definitely weren't, or someone would be out of their personal items. I could could continue on with more reasons not to use this company, but just take my advice future movers, It is not worth the headache and stress!
