Started this program in Aug. 2004. Started out well. Then like many of the other people who have done reviews on United Financial, my payments started becoming late. Then finishing the program was a nightmare for me. I had trouble communicating to them and they did not want to help at all. The closer I got to finishing the ruder they became. I also inquired about my cash back reward (which is actually a huge deposit I gave them when I started the program), they told me, when I finished they would send me my money. I am still waiting. That was in June 2009. I have inquired and now they tell me it could be up to 6 months before I get my money. Unbelievable. I paid them on time monthly, but to get my money back is almost impossible. I will be reporting them.
Very disappointed.
