I don't know where to start but USA Home Relief is a ripoff. They kept me going for a year after taking my $2000.00. Then I got the paperwork for a modification and USA dropped me. The problem is my Modification was not complete because nothing was finalized. So what is not being told is anyone can ask their bank for the modification paperwork but your home loan bank has the final say that a modification has been approved. USA does not stay with you to finalize and you loose your money. They said 100% if a modification is not complete would refund money another lie. You will not get your money back and they do not stand by their own contracts. They will not take your calls after they drop you because they know what they are doing. Do not waste your hard earn money like I did. They ruin my credit also with all the being late on your mortgage.
