Beware home relief is not as good as they say. I started with home relief in Oct 2008 and they stated they guarantee they could get me a perm. Mod after paying $3000 and almost a year later they will not answer calls or return them. When I asked for a refund which was guaranteed if they could not get me a mod. I of course am getting no call backs. When I called my mortgage comp which is HSBC they tell me that usa has not contacted them at all about my account. BEWARE don't let this happen to you . The original people I had talked to in 2008 do not work there anymore and the whole thing is a major stress to deal with this comp, not forgetting you don't get anything for the money you give them.
