After contacting this company in mid-April through a TV ad and then sending $150 Money order,after being told that I qualified but $595 had to be sent to have paper process. I decided to look up this company @ the BBB and to my dismay they had a "F"rating. After confirming they had my money order and giving the sales rep the number of the money order, I called to terminate the services but the sales representative became very curt and hung up after making a promise that it would be return. This was in mid-April and since then I have contacted them many times after, then their extension had changed. I managed to find out their new ones and continued to call but to no avail, I was passed around like a Yo-Yo. I spoke with many representatives and was blown off because I wasn't their clients and none of them would follow through to make sure my issue was solved. I even spoke with a gentlemen claiming to be the Senior Manager, he tried to convince me that they could do a good job for me if I sent the rest of the monies, he also stated that my mortgages company will not work with me because of my income and that other companies that don't charge will eventually charge an astronomical amount at the end of the process but he could definitely do it for me for $595. Unfortunately, he couldn't tell me why I couldn't received my refund since I never received a package, a letter or a phone call from this company. He told me that he had to discuss with the company president to receive my refund. A senior Manager? To discuss my refund?. I also spoke with their so-called accountant and he said his books didn't go back that far; now this is the second week in may and he was an accountant? After doing some research this HAMP(Home Affordable Mortgage Program) is FREE to anyone who desperately needs it. Trust that your Mortgage company will work with you; these companies are negotiating with your mortgage company for a price but I've found out, you can do it yourself for "FREE". Its so sad that companies like this would be so arrogant and purely GREEDY to take full advantage of good modification programs to help others. I now know why the BBB gave this company the rating it truly deserves. Now, I am still waiting for the president of this US Mortgage solutions to call me back for my refund.
