I checked out Timeshare Goldline. Found it is not a licensed business. They have no legal ability to sell or negotiate interest in your timeshare (no Real Estate or Brokerage license) and routinely intentionally misleads potential customers by telling them they have a buyer ready, which they do not, and when you receive their agreement it says the following:
Terms and Conditions Timeshare Goldline is a For Sale/Rent cooperative marketing company that is not a Real Estate broker. The cooperative marketing program involves pooling marketing resources with those of other sellers/renters to maximize exposure to potential buyers/renters of your vacation property. Timeshare Goldline does not specifically market any owner's property in our marketing program.
Timeshare Goldline is not involved in any negotiation for sale/rent, closing, or procuring of buyers. Timeshare Goldline forwards all inquiries about vacation properties marketed via its program directly to owners and allows the owner to negotiate the sale/rental of his/her vacation property. Timeshare Goldline simply facilitates communication between potential buyers and sellers as an intermediary and in no way offers advice as to property prices or any other negotiated terms.
Timeshare Goldline, cannot and does not appraise the value/rental price of a vacation properties. The sale/rental price is established by the property owner, and Timeshare Goldline will make no representation as to the sale/rental price that an owner may receive.
Timeshare Goldline does not have a specific buyer/renter at the present time. We do not specifically go to resorts or vacation homes to show properties.
Timeshare Goldline is not affiliated with any resort, personal vacation home, or other third party organization representing such. Timeshare Goldline is not a Real Estate broker. Timeshare Goldline is a marketing company.
Timeshare Goldline has made no representations as to the period of time that it will take for you to sell/rent a vacation property, the success rate of our marketing program, or the sale/rental price that an owner may receive. Because we are a marketing company and are not directly involved in the sale/rental or the negotiation of the sale/rental, we are unable to provide owners with statistics of the percentage of sales/rentals as a result of our marketing program.
This agreement may be canceled within seven (7) business days by written communication emailed, faxed or sent via mail directly to Timeshare Goldline's corporate contact. Thereafter, this is a one time nonrefundable marketing fee.
