I had a small real estate matter that I needed an attorney to handle for my family and I. I met with Mr. Mellor and he put me at ease with his immediate knowledge of my problem situation and how best to handle it. At first he suggested I try and handle it without his involvement, in order to save money on attorney's fees. Which at least told me he was not there to rip me off like so many other attorneys are just after a buck!
After I tried and failed miserably to resolve the issue as he had suggested, I went back to Mr. Mellor and hired him to handle the problem for me. Mr. Mellor did as promised for less money than even he anticipated. I couldn't have nicer words for him or his staff and the excellence with which we were treated.
