This has been the worst experience ever! Just like every other review, I too found the web site easy to navigate and the item at the BEST PRICE I found anywhere. I purchased? Through PayPal from TechSunny.com and received confirmation of my order on 12/13, on 12/15 I received email that my order had shipped and was given a tracking number with the USPS. The USPS shows that they were notified to expect a package for shipping and that has not updated since! Expecting it to arrive before Christmas, I began to email TechSunny to see if they could help with the tracking - NO RESPONSE. I have emailed daily and not received any response and I have called and just like everyone else, all I get is a full voicebox. I am hoping that through PayPal I will be able to get my money back. They did a really nice job of setting up the web site and being PayPal verified, and listed with the BBB which is things that I look for before purchasing but, this is one time I should have gone with my gut feeling before I hit the purchase button.
I can not say enough or loud enough STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM TECHSUNNY and there are no ratings lower that one star that I can post!
