I completely agree with the rest of the community. These people are hard-core scammers. They hounded me for over a year before I finally bought the line. I tried a small list to see what they were all about and discovered it was a pack of lies. One of the "responders" was actually a person who had died more than a year ago and I was the agent who had delivered the life insurance check to his beneficiary! SRC's response was, "Oh, we're sorry about that." These people do need to be shut down and those responsible need to be prosecuted. There are two ways to go about that. I've seen several on here mention a class action lawsuit. While that may work, a potentially more severe option would be prosecution under Federal law for wire fraud. Follow this link to the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida: http://www.justice.gov/usao/fls/index.html. You can submit a Citizen Complaint. This would be a case that could put a feather in the cap of an Asst US Attorney. Punishment for fraud is one of the most severe punishments under federal law. The problem is that the US Attorney won't take this seriously unless there are NUMEROUS complaints and a lot of money involved, so EVERYONE needs to take the few minutes necessary to submit a complaint. Eventually, SRC will get what's coming to them! If you are located in a state outside of FL, used the telephone or Internet to process your order, and/or used a credit card, there's an almost certainty that SRC committed wire fraud. It's certain they did in my case, but it's for a piddly amount and my credit card company wrote it off. Doesn't make me any less angry, though. I say go after them with everything that everyone has!
