I'll try to make this short. I ordered items in September of 2009. I waited for a month and didn't receive anything. I then proceeded to file a claim, after which they apologized and sent some of my order. Notice I said some. The order came around a month and a half late if calculating from when I placed the order. I did not receive all of my items, and they responded by saying the last item was back ordered. They still have not sent my last item or issued me a refund for the amount. I am still waiting for my item or a refund. Either would be nice, but they really have a problem with communication and customer service. Do research and you will see others have the same problem. Don't buy from these people!
