I am writing to you to thank you for all your hard work in making our wedding a great success. Thank you so much for your patience in working with us and all our guests. We also really appreciate how quickly you responded to the collapse of Air Mexicana. Everybody's flights were great, and we loved Catalonia Playa Maroma, it was a fantastic hotel and we thank you for suggesting it. It was a beautiful wedding and the staff there looked after us and the guests so well. Many of our guests have told us how much they appreciated your help in organizing their holiday. If there is a way we can pass on words of praise formally to a manager or otherwise please let us know.
