Extremely happy with Intercap Lending and their Mortgage Banker Jeff Metz

We got our home refinanced with Intercap Lending even after being turned away by other lenders. (we had a Freddy Mac Loan that allowed us to be over the usual loan-to-value, but because we also had a Home Equity Loan, other lenders immediately said they couldn't do our loan.) Jeff Metz, our Mortgage Banker, was amazing! He worked with us to get all of our information lined up and got us quickly approved for refinancing. He made the process easy and very low stress. Whenever I emailed or called with a question, Jeff would call me back within minutes! He was always upbeat, cheerful, and helpful. And he always made me feel like my questions were valid and important. It's the first time I've actually understood all of the steps in a refinance!
