Excellent Customer Service!!

Yeri Castro provided me with excellent customer service. The site did not indicate that framing took an additional 3 business days so I contacted SportsMemorabilia.com to let them know that this was not disclosed on the website and that I needed the item
by a certain date. Yeri worked with the framing department to ensure that the item was delivered to me on the date that I needed it. I was extremely grateful and satisfied.
