After doing a great amount of research and contacting 6 different companies for our pool project we decided on Florida Pool Heating. They were actually our first phone call and ended up our last.
Being in the service industry I can immediately appreciate a well represented company that exudes professionalism. My call was greeted cheerfully and was processed to the correct department and within a minute I was getting answers.
I had some basic understanding of what I thought I wanted from the other vendors ( 2 of which never called me back ) simply wanted to make a sale without much if any background information. It turned out that I was searching for a larger ( and more expensive ) machine than I needed. Florida Pool Heating " down sold " me to the right size for my pool.
The installation was flawless, started and finished in a couple of hours and the job site was spotless. A quick demo on the equipment and I was ready to go. The process was simple and they didn't collect payment until a week after the job was 100% and I was happy.
A five star rating is not enough for a company that values customer satisfaction as much as profit. Being so impressed I decided to install Home Water Solar Heating System which has already shown a great savings on my electric bill
