After recieving mail solicitation from this company we decided to try them out for a home loan modification. Initially they were great, responding quick to calls/e-mails. Once they cashed our check the reaction time on their end slowed to a crawl. I repeatedly sent faxes they needed, only to hear back weeks later they weren't recieved/lost. I would get a call saying "you've finished everything on your end" only to get a call weeks later saying "you haven't completed everything yet". I also was handed off to 2 different agents, starting with Diego, then Matthew, and finally Alex. At one point I had an agent named Alex who was virtually clueless to our situation. She would ask for large amounts of paperwork already faxed, only to lose it again. I made a request to take her off of my case, which they said they would. Now in the last few weeks she's back on it. Very frustrating company, terrible communication skills and I'm fearing they aren't going to refund me my $1,500. Speaking with Alex today she said "I'll have to ask my boss if we can refund it", telling me she'd call me back in 10 minutes and not doing so. I don't know why I'm paying for a service that wasn't provided. Please avoid at all costs, with times as tight as they are it's unfortunate companys are doing this to consumers in need.
