The professionalism of everyone we worked with from SMS was top notch. We were unfamiliar with some of the processes and terminology but Kevin took the time to walk us through and explain everything. I can now see why the blood wall is a necessary tool. It forced us to look at our company as a whole and helped us better identify specific parts of our business that were just plain not working. It was not the easiest process but I would 100% recommend to most businesses as in the end it led us to becoming a stronger more profitable business.
