A very bad company

We leased our house thru this company from Nov 1,2014 through Oct 30,2015.The company did not collect rent for the month of Aug 2015 and allowed the tenant to stay in the house.The rent income shown in the last statement was $ 1729 ( i. e. $ 266 less than the leased rent amount of $1995) unexplained.The company terminated the lease in the month of Aug 2015 i. e. two months early.They did not take any action on the renter for early termination.The company did not inform me about early termination but charged early termination management fee of $ 271.32 for the two months.The company wanted 60 days notice from the landlord that the house will not be leased further but it was not possible because of early termination.I suffered a total loss of $ 537.32.I would never recommend this company for the management of your property.
