Mr. Railkar with Reflecting Concepts is not an honest man. He agreed, through the BBB - and documented, to refund the full price of a 1.6 ct diamond he graded at a higher quality than it actually was. He submitted a valuation on the diamond as $12,000 but in actuality was valued less than $1,000.
After he agreed to refund he refused all communication, even certified and signed letters to him with no response. The BBB worked very hard on my behalf and did all they could to get him to fulfill his obligation yet he even ignored them. His current rating of a CCC does not adequately represent this company and all who consider doing business with him should use caution as he lacks any integrity or trust.
To date he has still refused all communication.
