I bought a Tag Heuer rimless frame with prescription, RxLensCo delayed my order by 3 weeks, then I received my prescription eyeglasses but looks awful, the prescription looks terrible, too thicker... I never received an advise from RxLens that my prescription does not fix well in this frame... Now, I am asking to return the frame only (I accept and pay the prescription), in order to buy another frame, but NO, they answered to me that is not possible... Worst customer service, no advise about eyeglasses... I already contacted other company (Contacts&Specs) and I asked about the same frame with my prescription and the first thing they do was to advise to me that my prescription does not fix in this frame, and they advise me another frames... Sincerely and honestly: I don´t recommend RxLensCo for nobody.
