After recieving the worst customer service I've ever experienced from a business, I've never felt so angry after leaving this place. The Owner Peter, made me feel from the jump that my patronage was the anti-christ. I must add, Greg made me feel better about getting my bike fixed. They last turn the wrench on my bike and believe me they made my bike run worst than when it came in. They started to replace parts left & right. Which I in turn made them take off cause it had no effect on the performance whatsoever. Still they wanted to replaced part for free after they could not fix my bike over the course of 2 months.(7 weeks) I rode my bike in their establishment running just with a few symptoms, Burning rich & idling issues. I left not being able to ride more than 30mph. After all of this , RPM still wanted to replaced parts which intern from when I got my bike fixed was never a bad part. The word over town is mechanics from all around town has fixed previous bikes from this place. I will never recommend RPM motor sports & never go back to them.
