You are all so correct. Scum Bag co contacts you for the 2nd time because they know you are bummed about being burned by the prior. They make is sound sooo good, they need you cc so they can give you credit back when the closing happens, however to make the closing happen they need atty to deraw up purchase agreement and to do that they need $1278.. They already took you for $1298 + 1278 that makes a total of $2576.00. Do they think that we are all that stupid. Do they have a concension, can they sleep at night? Scum bags probably haven't worked a hard day in their life, just take peoples money. I would like to take them out on my ranch and have them do a hard day of work,perhaps they would think twice.
