I love to order from QVC! Even if I have had a problem with a product, they are SO willing to listen and make a compromise or refund. They are sympathetic to your complaints, if any. I will continue to be a customer of QVC. I usually have been pleased with products I have ordered, except on a few rare occasions. My, how pleasant it is to have someone really be kind when you have a litgitimate complaint/disappointment about a product!
