Went to this place the other day, it is a total scam, they tell you they manage the houses and get you in with no deposit, I shouldve known it is too good to be true. The homes I looked at were already occupied and the people weren't going anywhere, one of the houses was a $700k plus house and they were claiming it was for rent for $1350, interesting that this house can be rented for $2500 plus, now they are being extremely rude and lying about their "managers" name and they are refusing a refund even though I went back 30 minutes after giving them my money. They are now spamming the reviews page with fake comments on how they moved from new York and it worked great, please don't get scammed by this company, I have contacted my lawyer, who is really good, and I will be sueing them charging them not only for a refund but also for lawyer fees, court costs, and time consument. They will pay one way or another, contact me at cheapdirt@gmail.com, more people contact me so I can include you In my case, I will not rest until justice is served. Please send me an email of what happened to you I will do my best to bring this company down.
