Unbelievable!!! I responded to an add from craigslist concerning a house for rent 3bed 2bath 2car garage in the city of anaheim,ca. I called the number and spoke to a guy name david. He said they manage the house and it is available. I came by to the guys office in orange,ca. He told me that in order for me to qualify and to view the house is that I have to put $180.00 He gave me two other listing that he claim the company manage. He needs me to drive by to the areas and fax the presentation form and list the properties my family wanted. We went to see three properties later that day and all the information that I receive from this company are all lies. I contacted the actual listing agent on the property and they mention that they have never heard of premier properties and oc rentals. That is why it is unbelievable! How are they still running. This company is doing a bait and switch which I thought it was illegal. The District Attorney should investigate this. Honest regular people are being scam left and right.
