I rented a property from Joe Phillips, who is an agent with this company. I asked if the home owner was in good standing with the bank, as I did not want to rent a home that was being short sold or foreclosed upon. Joe lied to me and said that everything was fine, nothing to worry about. Three months later, a BofA Rep was at the door verifying who was living there because the mortgage had not been paid in 90 days. I called Joe Phillips and Kay Phillip (the Manager) and they claimed not to know anything. Now it is 9 months later and the home is in short sale still and I am moving out. I would recommend not doing business with Precise Property Management. Their business practices are less than honest and very unprofessional. They have made my family and I feel as if we were in the wrong. The listing agent for the house told me that she was contacted in the beginning of July 2009 about being the listing agent. I moved in on July 15th. She also told me that Joe Phillips was angry about not being the listing agent. So, he knew he was moving me into a property that was in default.
