I'd like to say that I received GREAT customer service from Powell Electric when my life was put on hold last week when my power went out at my house. I have to admit that I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to electrical problems fuses/breakers, whatever. But the help that I got over the phone was over the top. He walked me through, very patiently I might add, how to reset those things in my panel - but it didn't work. Even though it was a Sunday, they brought a guy out to check out the cause of the power outage and found the problem in a matter of minutes. He did charge me for emergency service, which was expensive, but so worth it. Mariano was the electrician, and I really liked how he went about his job.
I like to know that in case of an emergency there's a reliable and PROFESSIONAL company I can call who will take care of my electrical needs AND look out for my best interest. If someone is out there looking for a quality electrician definitely give Powell Electric a call!
