We purchased $3,000 worth of outdoor furniture a few weeks ago. The furniture was delivered with a few scratches and the table cushion brand tag was not sewn properly and therefore had a hole. We assumed it would be replaced immediately. Shockingly, were told it would be replaced with the floor model that had been sitting in the sun on the rooftop! It was explained to us there was "only a 2% fade factor due to sun exposure". Appalled, I called back and asked to speak to another sales associate who then told me they would replace it only IF they had another cushion in the warehouse and the store manager would call me back. He never did. I had to drive to the store to get a replacement. Ironically, the new cushion had a hole as well. A week later, the store manager told me he hand carried a new cushion for me from the Danville store. Oddly, we noticed the brand tag on this new cushion was a bit crooked like the original cushion we had returned. Being suspicious, we unzipped the cushion and found the tag has been sewn with teal green thread that did not match the brown and black cushion at all. We suspect this was not a new cushion, but the original cushion we had return. This store has horrible customer service. They have a no refund policy and will issue a store credit only. Once you purchase an item, you are basically stuck with it and they could basically care less if you are happy. I even tried calling co-owner Ginger to tell her I was unhappy with their customer service, but she left a message stating she called their Campbell store and they told her I left the store happy. Buyer beware. I will never purchase anything from this store again.
