My experience with this company mirrors the previous review in almost perfect detail. I placed an order with this company on the 17th of February and as of the 9th of March still have not received any equipment. I specifically ordered "In Stock" equipment in the hopes they would live up to their promise of 24-48 hour shipment. It took them 8 days just to process my order and charge my credit card, after which my order immediately switched to "Backordered" even though all equipment was listed as "In Stock" on their website. They stated vendor issue with stock, and assured me 5-7 business days for shipment. After 7 business days they once again quote "vendor issues" and claim it will be a "day to day" wait to see when the equipment ships. Horrible customer service, inaccurate stock and marketing practices at the very least...but honestly they border on a flat lack of honesty with customers.
