To whom it may concern;
I reside at the Wishing Well 55& older park at 13063 5th street in Yucaipa ca at this time, Pama has been charging double rent on things and has not explained to me why or what it was for, rent statements are never on time and then they charg a 50.00 late charge on top of it. My rent has been unsufficiant since I moved in to this park, Seems like they are getting money from me and can't tell me what it is for, This management Company is the poorest to rent from, We have had 3 Landlords within the last 6mths, The new one Deandra has stolen property from folks that have been here for years, I am currently looking into a lawyer for my rent and back deposit from another place in the park, These people do not have the ability to figure out book keeping, I think the folks should protest against this company and the people they have running it, Stand Up for what you believe in stand up to Pama Management. I am going to channel 9 news media over this to have them exposed on this.
