These people are the scum of scum. They call your business and get some erroneous persons name and then send toner you dont even need or use!! Then send a bill and then hound you for payment. I told them I would not pay and to come get it. They do not have anyone to get and I REFUSE to walk this box anywhere... I will NOT take time out of my day to do a think to get their toner back to them WHAT A SCAM. IF there was NEGATIVE STARS I would post it. BEWARE!!
