I called 3 times. The first call I waited 20 mins to be hung up on. The second call I was told to F off by agent Raymond after asking for the company's tax id # to insure it wasn't a scam as well as when I questioned him about if his company was apart of the BBB he said why when the BBB is under investigation for falsely giving people good ratings for money. The third time I called I spoke with Greg and he was apologetic but and also would not disclose any information about the company and when questioned about the complaints on BBB he simply said that only 21 complaints is a good thing based on the number of deals they make. We asked for a temporary login to verify the companies services before disclosing our billing information and once he realized we were firm in that request we were hung up on again.
