This is my personal Experience with these criminals.... Do not trust these criminals!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(I've copied and Pasted my yelp review in order to avoid retyping/reliving the whole experience.)
same as everyone, saw a cool property... Or should I say 10-20 cool properties being listed by this place. I called, and was told about the fee( I must have sounded on the richer side..lol They told me a whooping 195$). I asked if they were in direct contact with the current owners, she said yes! When I said that I want the name of the company in order to research them prior to paying any fee, she hung up. (I knew at this point it was a scam) Called back, got a man (if you can call him that) Told him I got hung up on and didn't know why, and asked the name of the company again. He told me the name and then led in to this speech about how "If your the type of person that makes all your decisions based on research and the BBB, that I might as well hang up." He tried to tell me what a scam the BBB was charging their fees and what not,,,, to which I said... sorta like your company except its reputable...lol Offering info that's out there for free if you know how to get it... He hung up. Just for humor sake I called back, pretty sure it was the same guy again... Explained that I got hung up on a second time by their company... He said.. "oh, I'm sorry, did it sound something like this" and then hung up again... I called to inform them that I would be flagging every post on craigslist with their number featured in it. These people are a sick twisted company, and they prey on weak people looking for something to good to be true.. I hope somebody catches them.. Can We get media involvement to expose them????
