Got burned out of deal

This company is really good about talking up its products, with fancy upgrades to go with it, however they will take the money and run the other way! That is exactly what this company did to our family. We purchased a custom made hot tub to be delivered in around 5-6 weeks, however when the time came, the excuse to us was, it didn't hold up in water testing so it had to be rebuilt. Then another 2 months went by and still no word, emailed contact again,and all he was worried about is how much it had inconvenienced him and how much money he was losing out of this deal. When we demanded physical proof that they were even being built we got a picture of a hot tub sitting near a commercial dumpster and that was it, The company acted like we should not question them at all. 6 months later...No hot tub and now no communication. We are now out $4500 dollars and nothing to show for it. DON"T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...They also advertise redwood decks custom built... Again I can not stress enough...do not purchase from this company!
