TERRIBLE Customer Service

There was a problem with the order they sent me and they not only refused to address the problem, but responded with terse, abusive language. I'm reporting the group to the Better Business Bureau, but want to make others aware of the need to avoid this company at all costs! No on has time to deal with an error on their part, but even more so, no one deserves to be delivered verbal abuse!
