WOW! WOW! WOW! Finally a company that does what they say!!
I spent months trying to get a lower rate with my bank, then had even worse luck with a modify company. All shams!! I was so skeptical going with another company, but when they put it all in writing and showed me proof of other closings. I knew these guys
were real, and sure enough after giving them what they needed I was closed in 15 days with a new Loan that took me from 6.5% to 3.125% fixed for 40 years. I owe you guys, best of luck, hope everyone you work with has this same experience.
