I contacted Tony Levitz at LRP regarding an impending Trustee sale that was fast approaching. After 10 months of trying to work with WAMU on a loan modification. March 4 WAMU closed my file because I was missing some information. WAMU couldn't tell me what the missing info was. Not only did LRP get my sale date cancelled they got me a modification that I could live with. the whole experience with LRP and Tony has been excellent.
Thanks again LRP for doing what WAMU couldn't seem to do.
